How to Place an Order
You can place your order by giving it to our sales representative, calling customer service or by faxing, mailing, or emailing it to our Raleigh office.
To qualify, orders delivered must total $150. Customer shipments on our trucks that do not meet this requirement and all drop shipments will be charged a $10 delivery fee.
Fed Ex or UPS Ground Shipments
All Fed Ex or UPS ground shipments will be charged applicable and handling charges.
We need to know of your intent to order by 4:30 pm for next day delivery.
Special Orders will be combined with stock orders to qualify for prepaid shipment when possible; however, Fed Ex or UPS ground charges will be added to insure prompt delivery.
Extended Area Deliveries
Our order minimum for prepaid shipments outside our normal service area varies per location. Please call for a quote.
Credit Card Purchases
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express payments.
